FRP Tanks
We are manufacturer and fabricators of fiberglass tanks for various applications including industrial tanks, chemical storage tanks, portable water tanks, rain collection tanks, sewer tanks and oil field tanks. We fabricate our tanks to fit our customer’s specific requirements. The final tanks design depends on factors such as operating temperature, chemical environment, specific gravity, wind load, size macload agitation and pressure of vacuum applications requirements of A.S.T.M. d3299, ANS/AWWA d120, and API 12p specifications to assure our customers of the highest integrity, durability and corrosive resistance. Standard tanks are available in diameters from 2ft through 15 ½ feet.

Mold Making
Our products are engineered to provide you with the trouble free service. Fiberglass manholes are light weight, greatly reducing delivery and installation cost. Fiberglass molding is a process in which fiberglass reinforced resin plastics are formed into useful shapes. Fiber glass manholes by Apex FRP Tech India & Co., . are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed all A.S.T.M. d3735 standards. In addition, our fiberglass manholes carry an h-20 load rating. FRP Pipes
APEX FRP TECH does all kinds FRP piping systems for various applications. FRP pipe is a filament wound and corrosive resistant composite. The pipe consists of a resin-rich reinforced liner, structural walls, a stiffness core and a resin rich exterior. Chemical resistant “c” glass mat or veil is used in all surface reinforcements. It is suitable and approved for use of portable water systems, also suitable for raw water, sea water and corrosive environments including sanitary sewage and many industrial effluents with a temperature of range -30c degree to 60c degree. Some corrosive industrial effluents may require use of vinyl ester resins. We fabricate FRP for industrial pipes and repair all FRP pipe with leak wrap.

Wind Deflectors
Wind deflectors can produce significant additional fuel savings and better crosswind performance and stability. Nosecone smoothes airflow over the whole pan reducing turbulence and drag at sides and rear. Why nosecones: greater stability, guaranteed fuel saving, maintenance free and less buffeting from other trucks. FRP Panel
As Apex FRP core product, Apex roof panel, building panel, and corrugated panel were originally developed in response to the harsh conditions, which requires can withstand corrosive chemicals and high temperature.
